LOL You get these pretentious ARTSY a****** that spend 100's of thousands of dollars to go to a Liberal Arts college. Then they get a job in Hollywood for a production company. And allsthey can do is REMAKE OLD MOVIES and TV SHOWS.

I AM SOOOO SICK OF REMAKES, RIP-OFFS AND REALITY SHOWS!!! Is this all the Movie/TV industry can do? Is this how entertainment will be for the future? Regurgitating old ideas and old shows and old movies? Is there any talent in the entertainment industry anymore? Can anyone in the Movie/TV industry come up with an original or unique idea for a movie or TV show? ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!

These shows are absolutely retarded and I couldnt agree with you anymore. Who cares about some dumb children that play with each others minds over and over again. It is time to make history and for some real TV.

I remember when "Karate Kid" came out. Me and my friends all watched the sh*t out of it. We loved it.

my cousin was in the original and i think its is a shame that this movie is going to be the next badly done remake. they need to stop remake movies that were at best an ok movie. as a real martial artist i feel embarrassed for the people playing the parts. my cousin could not fight his way out of a wet paper bag and he was in the tournament at the end. please stop the pain. NO MORE REMAKES!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree , very tired of remakes,their cheap thats what i think i mean really how many halloween,s are they going to make or saws and the remakes, you would think that someone could come up with something great without copying like carrie i liked the old one the best. The new carrie not so great and if they remaked the sound of music i will be totally upset no one could replace julie andrews or the children inthat movie. My favorite movie i love it. I AM glad someone else is tired of remakes.

I like the Karate Kid. I had seen it long time ago. I would be glad to see it again in different form. I support the remaking it.

Just leave good movies alone!!!! Actually, stop making remakes. A lot of remakes are usually terrible. Also, it won't be the same without Pat Morita and of course Ralph Macchio.
