Maybe Sean Penn and the rest of his Hollywood libturds can help out their buddy Chavez fix the problem. Oh, I forgot! Chavez doesn't give a crap about his people.

Just like the 4,500 homeless people in Idaho's capital city--homelessness is widespread in the United States of America and the recurring financial crisis. Pres. Chavez is doing great job. His country should be self-reliant like Cuba and other Latin American countries free from the hands of monopolist US imperialism.
