NJ jurors convict Fla. man in 'fat defense' trial (AP)

I could believe his story of my worst and looniest day. If a 400 lb rapper can play basket ball for an hour this guy can kill someone. He should be punished for it too.

Good. Another stupid defense so far removed from reality and so insulting to the jury's intelligence fails. Lawyers have become so far out in left field with their insane antics are pissing jurors off by insulting them with their idiocy. Think God jurors see through these asinine insults and are not swayed by it. Its an embarrassment to those in the legal profession.

TOO FAT! Anybody aware there of those of Us skinny girls who are in danger even more than you are!! I wish I was 150! Dr. told me yesterday my bones were brittle, my heart was fragile and if I got the Flu and lost ten pounds, I would not survive! I weigh 108! Always have and never was more except when i was pregnant. I struggle to keep my weight up.Don't know why I can't! Don't know about being fat, but that has to really suck too.But just know that losing weight is as hard as gaining weight. No I don't make myself throw up or any of that weird stuff if that was gonna be the next question.
