Both companies are making a decent profit so they merge to make more profit and the results will be lost jobs and higher prices. Go Wall Street!
The American way is still alive and kicking in these two greedy companies. The'll probably produce more and more of their products overseas anyway (try to find Made In USA on their packaging). Most B&D products are made overseas now already, Stanley will be following suit too!
