Done PROPERLY, an efficient rail distribution system FAR outweighs our current TRUCKING system, and has the side benefits of environment and less wear and tear on the interstate highway system.
And since our Constitution gives the Federal government authority over the Interstate commerce explicitly, I have no problem with that. Probably stuns a lot of you I know, but DONE RIGHT, train use would be a great thing. Just that the government has to be watched like a hawk to do things right.
It's the rest of the garbage in Cap and Trade that will kill the economy.

Whether it's natural or not, all of the hydrocarbons in the atmosphere and the reduction of ozone is very real. Global warming as described by those here may or may not exist, but you can't deny that there's something very wrong going on here.
