Nomo, pregnant women smoking crack is NOT the main cause of premature births. It is one of the reasons why there exists premature births. Maybe if there were enough public funding for low-income families to get proper adequate health care we would avoid and prevent half of all the health-related problems we have here in good ol' USA.

this proves that countrys that have health care for all there people have only 1 out of 18 babes die but the good old US has 1in8 that die. All of you republicans should be proud that you are so stooped.
