The danger of these kook regimes in North Korea and Iran is not necessarily missile strikes with these nuclear devices, but the fact they can manufacture smaller nuclear devices that can be shipped/carried to metro area's anywhere in the world, and detonated, causing great damage and loss of life.
Kim Il is rattling his saber again. If he was smart, he would find a way to use technology to better his people by building superior farm and land use to have something to bargain with instead of nuclear crap. Kim will eventually blow himself up...or render large tracts of land uninhabitable.
