Swine Flu Death Toll in Argentina Climbs

Argentina’s president said she would not rule out closing major public venues where swine flu could spread more quickly. » Full Story on New York Times

It is incredible that the story starts with Rio de Janeiro, although Buenos Aires is in Argentina, Rio de Janeiro is in Brazil. Please pay attention on what do you report.

This swine flu seems to be partial to the descendants of Spain. It was born in Mexico, it will die in Argentina, but not before it takes many souls with it. I will pray for these poor people, including that governors girlfriend....especially that governors girlfriend. On second thought, I won't pray for anyone. I think I have the swine flu, anyway. I ate like a pig last night and I'm already hungry again...damn!

Wow! That's Argentina's president? When Sarah gets elected in 2012 maybe we could have a World President beauty pageant.

Actually the first peson to be diagnosed with the swine flu was from China and was visiting Mexico. So they really dont know where it started and it was not just the swine strand it was bird as well. It has also been noted here in Mexico that there was no grave danger it was just the regular flu and was treated with tama flu. There have been more people in the past years that have died from the regular flu than this one. It was just a cover up for an operation with the drug cartel.

Interesting that every country it hits they talk about closing places down and when it was in Mexico our government just left the border open and people wandering back and forth daily. If containing it does stop the spread of it...what does that say about Obama and our government?

Very sad for the people in Argentina. Sad that their president is just as ignorant as Obama by not closing the borders with the first case. That would have kept that very ugly SC Governor from making a total ass out of himself at taxpayers money. He is so homely and his wife needs to move on to something better.

Gee, if the Argentina Border closed, Gov. Sanfors would never have made it back. Tsk,Tsk. What's that, since he's an American Politician he would have been allowed out??? So much for CLOSING THE BORDER!!!!

Many country report swine flu in their headline news, but not in the U.S. only last like a week or 2 before it no longer report in the news, fact is U.S. media only show what public wanted to see, public not interesting swine flu period.

Pure Green 24 is a products that provide non-toxic solution to numerous global health.my friend went out of the country and was quarantined for 2 wks, 1 of a passenger on board has a swine flu, just because he was sitting 4 seats away from that passenger he was quarantined. because he uses pure green before he went on board, he was the only passenger that did not get affected with swine flu.

Swine flu - the most over rated medical "pandemic" of the last generation. Reading these stories with the emphasis on sensationalism and dearth of facts is humorous. 100,000 suspected cases in the US - what does that mean? 100 real cases? Do healthy get it and die? The answer would seem to be no. So we have a flu bug that has a lower penetration than other flus with similar effects and healthy people with good nutrition and shape may or may not get it and have the flu for a couple of days. Unhealthy/poor nutrition people may catch this and the flu or may in very rare circumstance die due to complications. Welcome to real life WHO

Oh, poor Argentina. All borders with Argentina must be closed and all flights to and from there must be stopped. Any Argentinians not in Argentina must be quarantined immediately. These are the measures they apply to other countries in these situations, so now it's their turn.

Swine flu starts with Pigs, pigs become pork, humans eat pigs with swine fu is the 1 that start spreading virus....Bird flu starts with chicken, so who ever eat that chicken meat that was affected with that bird flu is the person that spread the virus..

So they finally found a country with a significant incidence of swine flu, that makes a global pandemic?

8,200 people die each day, on average, from malaria.

Swine flu is proven to be a weak flu. The more important story is the fact that there is no need to close stores, schools or anything. The danger is the vaccine that big pharma wants to push in the coming months. Take the vaccine at your own risk because you will not be able to sue big pharma for any harm or death.
